Vonis bebas yang diputuskan oleh Pengadilan negeri Jakarta Selatan terhadap terdakwa Muchdi Purwopranjoyo atas tuduhan pembunuhan Munir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2008 menimbulkan pro dan kontra dimana-mana.
